How we coordinate a referral

Start with the professional

Provide your name, organization, work contact, and general housing requirements. Do not enter a client’s confidential records.

Clarify the placement

Discuss household size, timing, approved budget, room configuration, anticipated stay, and who coordinates ongoing services.

Confirm the payer & property

Identify the payer, approval contact, resident contribution, inspection requirements, and payment timing before any commitment.

Coordinate the handoff

When a suitable option is available, confirm the application, tour, rental agreement, and move-in process with the responsible provider.

Have assistance or a third-party payer?

We welcome inquiries involving self-pay, family or sponsor support, agency assistance, employer-funded housing, Housing Choice Vouchers, HUD-VASH, SSVF, Rapid Re-Housing, and other program-supported arrangements. Tell us which pathway applies; the payer and specific property must confirm the requirements.
